Hi, I am Dee. I am so glad you're here!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and have been supporting women, like you, to find inner calm, tame their anxiety, and feel like themselves again for over a decade.
Building meaningful relationships is at the heart of what I love about being a therapist. I create an inviting space filled with warmth, openness, and encouragement so you can feel truly valued, seen, and connected
I bring a sense of playfulness and curiosity that helps to create a connection that feels natural and engaging.
Whether we’re exploring big feelings or working through challenges, I strive to make the process feel approachable and even enjoyable. My easy-going nature and ability to laugh at myself help to break down barriers, making it easier to open up and share. I understand the importance of balancing support with realness, creating a space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered.
I live in my hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia, with my kids and husband. When I am not working, I enjoy being silly with my sons, getting lost in a book, spending time outdoors, and being creative. I am an aficionado of Friends, and I will choose sweet over savory. I live for warm weather and being near water.
