How do you keep a six-year-old engaged in telehealth? What do you do when a teen turns their camera off and won’t talk? Can you even do play therapy over video? How involved should parents be in a virtual session?
If you’ve wondered these things between sessions or at the end of your day, or asked them in a Facebook group, I’ve been there too. Telehealth with kids and teens is its own skill set, and most of us were never trained for it. This group is a place to bring those questions and figure out what actually works.
A small, supportive group for Virginia clinicians helping young clients through a screen. Interest forms are due by November 20.
Led by Dee Keller, LPC, a Virginia Board-Approved Supervisor with 13 years of experience with kids and teens, including 6 years of virtual therapy with kids as young as 4. Trained in play therapy, TF-CBT, and EMDR. Get to know me

Sliding scale
You choose your tier, and your choice stays private. No paperwork or proof needed. Just pick the number that fits your life right now. Billed monthly, and the group begins once 4 members commit.
Low: $45 per session ($90/month). For you if you’re early in residency, in a low-paid or unpaid role, paying off student loans, or covering supervision yourself on a tight budget.
Middle: $55 per session ($110/month). For you if your income covers your basics, but supervision still takes some planning each month.
Standard: $65 per session ($130/month). For you if you have a comfortable income or your employer helps pay for supervision. Choosing this tier helps keep the lower tiers open for others.
Not sure which fits? Pick the one that feels manageable, not stretching. We can talk it through on your fit call.
